OCTOPUS IN BUTTER WITH LEMON & DILL
A by-catch of environmentally friendly pot caught cod fisheries in Dutch Harbor, Alaska this wild-caught octopus comes to us courtesy of Dustan, Evie and crew from F/V Raven Bay.
Ingredients: Giant Pacific octopus, sunflower oil, butter, lemon, dill, sea salt

Fun Fact! Mussels can filter E. Coli out of water sources and we can still eat them. How sustainable is that?!
Our mussels were lovingly farmed near our geoduck in Totten Inlet, WA from one buds at Taylor Shellfish Farms.
